Original Photograph This is a small old photograph from the 1950's. It is currently size 3"x 5".
Paintings Size & Type This photograph from the 1950's is shown below in painted in classical style in size 8"x 10". As the original photograph is black and white, we used subtle colour shades for the oil painting to enhance the image.
Original Photograph The photo was taken on a mobile phone by the childs mother.
Painting Size & Type Father and Daughter: This image was painted in both classical and impressionist style. The size is 12 x 16 for both paintings. The colour flaws in the photograph will be addressed by the artist.
Choosing Impressionist or Classical Style is matter of taste. Some people prefer Classical while other prefer impressionist.
For old photos it is generally better to choose Classical styles. See our samples for more ideas.
